Low Carb Unstuffed Cabbage Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
Vegetable Oil (3 Tablespoons)
Ground Beef (1Lb)
Sweet Onion, (1pcs chopped)
Orange Bell Pepper, (1pcs seeded, chopped)
Garlic Cloves, (3 cloves chopped)
Diced Tomatoes
Smoked Paprika (1/2 teaspoon)
Dried Oregano (1/2 teaspoon)
Garlic Powder (1/2 teaspoon)
Onion Powder (1/2 teaspoon)
Salt/Pepper, (to taste)
Small Head Green Cabbage, (1pcs, cored, chopped)
Shredded Cheddar/Jack Cheese (2 Cups)
Preparations:
Step 1:
Heat a pan then add vegetable oil, then add beef, Onion, and Orange Bell paper. And start stirring until the beef changes its color.
Step 2:
Add garlic and saute for 2 more mins.
Step 3:
Then add tomatoes, spices, salt, and pepper. Top with cabbage. Cover and cook 15-20 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
Step 4:
Then top with cheese and cover until it gets melted.
Step 5:
Finally ready to serve.
